Life gives you surprises, indeed!
Continued...
It's difficult to understand ways of God. Sometimes, you make out why things happen and sometimes, you are left in bewilderment once and for all.
Yes, my second pregnancy was very enjoyable, it's just that I hardly could move.
I delivered my babies (both girls) on 14th June at 12.06 and 12.07 p.m. respectively.
I was very happy truly. I love children and seeing two in my hand was a bliss but somehow people around me were not so happy. They kept unnecessarily consoling us for no reason. Some even gave the suggestion to take a third chance for a BOY! We are still living in such a society, no wonder.
My twins were doing almost well. We were discharged on time. It's just that the elder one had to be admitted due to Jaundice.
After two months my MIL left for Patna for some reason for a few days. We were managing on our own with 3 kids. One day all the three kids were not well and we had planned to go to the hospital the next day. Gilu, as I called the younger twin was little unrest. I soothed her, gave her milk and asked her father to pacify her. I somehow got into a nap. My husband laid her beside me and went to our eldest one.
After when I wokr from my elder twin cry, I could see and felt that Gilu was no more.
How could that happen? Why that happened? Still figuring out.
The world is still not the same for me. I delved into the world of spirituality to understnad why and how and the only answer I get is to accept the ways of God. She was here for this much time only, some previous karma, I guess. But She will be my daughter and I miss her everyday...
I pray and wish that my daughters become independent and have the sense to lead and good and peaceful life in this world. I will leave no stones unturned for them
Love you Smit, Shreeja and Shaivi!
